By becoming a Power of Movement Ambassador,
YOU are helping change lives for the millions of Canadians of ALL AGES
with arthritis related autoimmune diseases like vasculitis, lupus, and AS. This program is open to everyone.

2. Share your story in the area provided entitled "Let us know why you want to be involved!", which will be featured along with your photo.
3. Spread the word to your network! (Email, Facebook, Twitter!)
4. Are you a yoga instructor? Teach or coordinate a karma yoga class and have the donations directed to the Power of Movement. Not a yoga instructor, but attend a local studio? Speak to the owner or your favourite teacher about hosting a karma yoga class and let them know why it’s important to you.
5. Contact us if you have other ideas on how to spread the word in your community.
