Virtual Challenge

Join the Virtual Challenge and participate from ANYWHERE in the world! If you are outside of one of our Mega Session locations, you can still be a part of the event by joining the Virtual Challenge. You get to choose where you practice, your house, your favourite yoga studio, it's up to YOU.

Step 2: Choose how you would like to participate.

Once you have chosen your location, you will be directed to that specific locations home page, and from there, you can choose from the following registration options:

Individual

Join as an individual and attend one of our Mega Sessions. You do have the option of joining a team, later on, if you choose to register now as an individual
Create a team

Create a team! Challenge your coworkers, friends, schoolmates, etc to join your team and get in on the fun!
Family Team

Create a family team! This can include a combination of up to 5 people, with a maximum of 2 people over the age of 18 years.
Join a Team

Join a Team or Family Team! If a friend, coworker, etc. has created a Team, or if a family member has created a Family Team, you have the option to join them.

Registration FAQ's

Mega Session

This is what we call our large yoga classes, which take place across Canada on Sunday, March 4th. Register early and secure a spot for you OR your team. Mega-Sessions are taking place across Canada in more than 20 locations!
How long are the classes

Celebrated teachers will lead a 60-75 minute class which will be taught at a bginner friendly level, making it accessible to all. There will be options for those looking to challenge themselves or go deeper into their practice.
What is the "virtual challenge"?

The Virtual Challenge is for anyone who cannot attend a Mega Session or who wants to create their own event at your yoga studio, school, or office. Also, we make it easy for you to practice at home by giving you a free one-month membership to My Yoga Online when you register. My Yoga Online is the leading website for online yoga tutorials, guided classes and deeper explanations on postures, etc.
Does it cost anything to register?

Yes, it is $20 to register, however if you raise a minimum of $50, your registration fee is waived and you will receive a tax receipt for the $20. Your registration fee will be directed to ensuring that you have an amazing experience, whether you attend a Mega-Session or participate virtually, and so that a 100% of donated funds are directed to arthritis research.
